Zan joined the company in March 2015. She is a senior administrator on the LGSETA and other funded candidacy mentoring programmes which includes support on the use of the MyRegistration Portal. Zan is responsible for the coordination of Municipal Academy courses funded by the Municipal Infrastructure Support Agent (MISA).
