Over the years, mentoring, training, technical support, training system design and guidance on career pathing have been offered to a wide range of organisations including:

Technical Training

Over and above the support discussed above, SAICE-PDP staff and facilitators have trained thousands of delegates on short courses, both on public courses and dedicated in-house courses. Such engagements have allowed us to offer advice to companies on how to improve staff training overall and how to support individuals who are not making progress.


The company has carried out skills research for many organisations including the SETAs, national departments, provinces, advisory structures such as the Joint Initiative for Priority Skills Acquisition (JIPSA) as well as the Southern African Development Community (SADC).

Projects and training are either funded by client organisations, or by the appropriate SETA, the Municipal Support Agent (MISA) or local and international donors.
