Kibiti was appointed as a Director in 2018 and recently appointed as the Chair in February 2020. SAICE-PDP are fortunate to benefit from Kibiti’s extensive experience in numerous Managing Director and Board roles and with a demonstrated history of working in the civil engineering industry. Aligned with SAICE-PDPs purpose, Kibiti is a committed mentor and provides opportunities within his company for recent graduates to gain varied experience and develop competencies towards eventually registering as professionals. Kibiti provided mentoring support on a previous SAICE-PDP candidacy programme and has a personal appreciation of its passion for developing professional engineering capacity.
