A two-day course to help you understand the competing demands for water and how to allocate water on an equitable basis for various uses and demands.

Attend this course and learn about:

• Water uses and constraints
• Yields and water balances
• Governing legislation
• Other issues to consider including climate change

The course is aimed at (but not limited to) mid-level professionals in:

• Water resource planning
• River basin management
• Water policy design and implementation

CPD

This course is accredited with ECSA (Engineering Council of South Africa) and carries two CPD credits.

Please note the following requirements for online courses:

• Delegates are responsible to ensure that they have sufficient data to cover the full duration of the online course.
• According to the ECSA requirements for online training, a compulsory online assessment must be completed.
• The pass mark for the test is 75%.
