A two-day course aimed dealing with 21st century challenges associated with emerging role players, new contracting relationships and the stringent demands made by the Construction Industry Development Board for uniformity of Construction Procurement.

Attend this course and learn about:

  • Conditions for good project management
  • Effective and efficient management of construction contracts
  • Risk appropriation across the full range of complexity
  • Obligations of the contracting parties
  • Management of the Contract by the Contractor’s Site Agent and the Employer’s Engineer

This course is aimed at (but not limited to):

  • Site staff and structural designers with very little experience
  • Candidate engineers, technologists and technicians

CPD

This course is accredited with ECSA (Engineering Council of South Africa) and carries two CPD credits.

Please note the following requirements for online courses:

  • Delegates are responsible to ensure that they have sufficient data to cover the full duration of the online course.
  • According to the ECSA requirements for online training, a compulsory online assessment must be completed.
  • The pass mark for the test is 75%.
